Kazu, M0CFW (JK3GAD), is heading back to Rodrigues Island (3B9). From 22 November to 2 December 2026 he plans to be on the air as 3B9/M0CFW, switching to 3B9KW for the CQ World Wide DX Contest CW on 28–29 November.
Bands and modes
According to OPDX, activity is planned on 160–6m using CW, SSB and digital modes. Which digital modes will be used has not been announced yet.
CQWW participation
In CQWW DX CW, 3B9KW will enter as SOABHP — single operator, all bands, high power. According to the announcement, Kazu also planned to operate from the island in October this autumn: as 3B9KW in CQWW DX SSB on 24–25 October, and as 3B9/M0CFW before and after the contest from 20 to 28 October. The 22 November – 2 December period is the second part of the announced programme.

Rodrigues is part of Mauritius but counts as a separate DXCC entity.
